¨ç First of all, select the hotel and input the correct check-in/out date, number of rooms and guests.
¨è Make sure the room rate(The tax and service charge will be added) and click the SELECT button. Then Reservation form(Guest information) will be shown on the monitor.
(If it takes time to be confirmed, your reservation will be settled via On-request.)
* For more details about the room rate, please click the Room Calendar button

The room occupancy is changeable. For the confirmation, please reserve the hotel via On request reservation. Then, you can check your reservation status by e-mail and web-site.
The real time confirmation is available as it stands now. Please click the dates which you are supposed to stay on.

* On request reservation is¡¦
If it takes time to be confirmed, your reservation will be settled via On-request reservation. After your request, we will send you the confirmation slip or reply your questions by e-mail.

¨ç Make sure your reservation details such as hotel name, room type, number of rooms and so on. And you can see the total room rate which is included Tax and service charge.
¨è Input your information. Fields marked with (*)must be completed.
¨é Click the Booking & Payment button for the payment.

¨ç Credit card Payment (Visa, Master, JCB)
Input your credit card information such as a card type, full number, expiration date, card holder¡¯s name and click the I will pay with Credit Card. When you finish the payment with credit card, your booking will be completed and the accommodation voucher will be shown on your monitor automatically. Then please print and bring it with you when you check in the hotel.
* The voucher can be got whenever necessary via My Reservation Status.
* In case of 'approval denied', check the failure reason and try again for the first time.
(This is not a common case, but once in a while the transaction request can be denied whit no reason. It's because the card company in your country blocks the payment approval for the security of credit card use, in case of overseas payment on Internet. Otherwise due to the temporary trouble in the internet date- interaction or your computer protocol does not tally with payment system.)

¨è Request for the payment via a fax
Click the I will Fax Credit Card Information for the Payment button and fill out the card information form, a card type, full number, expiration date, card holder¡¯s name are required. And print the form and fax it to us(+82-2-2274-7214)
Once your payment is completed, the voucher will be sent by e-mail. Failure to make payment in full within 48 hours since your request was done, will result in automatic cancellation of your booking. Therefore please check your reservation status via the web-site(My reservation status)

¨é Overseas/Iinternal money transfer
Click the I will pay through Bank Transfer button and remit the money to hotelwide bank account.(Wooribank/ 170-174401-13-001 / Unicom Korea)
Once your payment is completed, the voucher will be sent by e-mail. Failure to make payment in full within 48 hours since your request was done, will result in automatic cancellation of your booking. Therefore please check your reservation status via the web-site(My reservation status) If you need more time to do wire transfers of money overseas, please let us know by e-mail before the remittance.
* In case the name of payer does not correspond with the guest¡¯s, please leave the message on the memo when you fill out the reservation form or send us the e-mail.

¨ç After your payment is completed, you can check the reservation status via My Reservation Status on the Top menu. And the voucher can be got whenever necessary.
¨è Input the information which you¡¯ve filled out the form for the reservation. Reservation No, Birth-day and E-mail address are required as PIN In case the information does not correspond with the previous one, your reservation status can¡¯t be shown on the web.(No information notice)

¨ç Make sure the status, it is confirmed, you can print the voucher.

[ Terms explanation ]
Waiting for the payment : In order to confirm your reservation, please send us your credit card information by fax or remit the money to our account.(Reply, if you please)
Confirmed : Your payment is completed successfully and reservation is confirmed.
Cancel request : After full payment, you've requested the cancellation.
Canceled : The cancellation procedure is done perfectly.
Concluded : Your reservation has completed as scheduled.

¨è Cancellation Request: you can cancel your reservation under Hotelwide reservation policy.
