  • How can I reserve the room through this web-site?

  • Our reservation system is easy to use for you. First of all, please choose a hotel which you wanner stay and select the number of rooms you need and your check-in and check-out dates. Upon clicking the [Book Now] button, a reservation application form will be shown. Fill out the form and pay for it with your credit card and then, your accommodation voucher will be shown on the monitor instantly
  • After the payment, if I want to enxtend my accommodation?

  • Please reserve your new accocodation and just leave the note "Extension"
  • At the check in, what I have to do?

  • When you check in the hotel, just present your voucher to the front desk or give your name.
  • In case of emergency, how can I cope with it?

  • On the request of clients, we ask the hotel their needs. However, Asking is no guarantee of achievement. It depends on the room occupancy on the day.

  • Booking by on-line is available around the clock. However, The response to your call can be available during walking hours (weekday 09:00~18:00) (Sat 09:00~14:30)
  • Early booking, a few month ahead, is possible?

  • It does not matter time to reserve. However if the contract rate is not fixed yet, we need your patience and re-inquiry is required.
  • Can I reserve the roon on behalf of another person?

  • Before the payment, just reserve it with your name and advert the name of a guest who is supposed to stay in a blank [OPTION]
  • Cause of the flight delays, I could not check-in unavoidably. What should I do?

How to check your reservation status :

  • After the payment, Do I have to do anything else?

  • When you finish the payment with credit card, your booking is completed and the accommodation voucher will be shown on your monitor automatically. Then please print and bring it with you when you check in the hotel.
  • After the payment, Is there any notice from your office ?

  • If your reservation is confirmed, you can check the reservation status through our web-site as Confirmed. If there is any problem, we will contact you within 48hours since your payment is completed.(During holiday period, we will contact you by the day after holiday period)
  • What is the confirmation slip?

  • It means your reservation is confirmed.
  • How can I know my reservation status?

  • Please click the [My reservation-> reservation status] button on the top menu of web-site.
  • Do I have to re-confirmed my reservation at the hotel?

  • No. You do not need that. but, it would be a better.
  • I have left the message on Memo, is it confirmed?

  • When you reserve the room, you can leave the message for the additional service, for example the request of non-smorking room, early check-in and others at the Memo. All your requests are sent to the hotel, but please understand that request is no guarantee of accomplishment.
  • I have lost my voucher, How can I get it again?

  • Please contact us, then, we will send you the voucher by e-mail immeditately. And you can check-in at the hotel without voucher if your reservation is confirmed.
  • After the payment, How long does it take to be confirmed?

  • The payment and the confirmation are effected at the same time.

How to amend your reservation :

  • What about your cancellation policy?

  • 4 days before the check-in date: No cancellation charge 3 days before the check-in date: 30% of one night room charge 2 days before the check-in date: 50% of one night room charge A day before the check-in date and since then: 100% of one night hotel charge
  • How can I get the refund? [credit card]

  • Under our reservation policy, all credit card refunds are processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account. After this, if there are any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.
