On request reservation is...
If it takes time to be confirmed, your reservation will be settled via "On-request reservation" After your request, we will send you the confirmation slip or reply your questions by e-mail.
Please click the on-request button of the top menu and fill out the form for your reservation. Then, you can check your reservation status by e-mail and web-site.
After the completion of the booking, you can see the reservation details as above. Especially please keep your reservation number to check its status later.
¨ç Please click the My Reservation Status on the top menu.
¨è Input your information (The reservation No, birth date and e-mail address are required) and click the Submit button.
¨é Click the Booking & Payment button for the payment.
¨ç Make sure your reservation details such as hotel name, room type, number of rooms and so on.
¨è When you finish the payment with credit card, your booking
will be completed and the accommodation voucher will be shown on
your monitor automatically. Then please print and bring it with you
when you check in the hotel.
* In case of 'approval denied', check the failure reason and try again for the first time. This is not a common case, but once in a while the transaction request can be denied whit no reason. It's because the card company in your country blocks the payment approval for the security of credit card use, in case of overseas payment on Internet. Otherwise due to the temporary trouble in the internet date- interaction or your computer protocol does not tally with payment system.
¨é If you want to cancel your reservation, heck the Refusal box, then your reservation request will be canceled.

[ Terms explanation ]
Unhandled : We've received your request successfully. And it is waiting for the operator's handling.
In progress : We are dealing with your reservation request to give the answer, whether it is available or not.
Pending : Your reservation request is rejected by some reason. You can ask another hotels to us.
Waiting for the payment : We sent out the confimation slip to you. And you've not paid it yet.
Failure to make payment in full by due date(time) will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
Confirmed : Your payment is completed successfully and reservation is confirmed.
Cancel request : After full payment, you've requested the cancellation.
Canceled : The cancellation procedure is done perfectly.
Drop over : Before the payment, we've dropped out the reservaion by your request or overdue.
Concluded : Your reservation has completed as scheduled or it is concluded by your request. |
