Hi Seoul festival which started since 2003 has been reached to 6th in this year and has given pleasant and enjoyable experience with new themes and participation of citizens every year.

Especially, in 2008, this festival celebrates with themes representing each four season-Spring,Summer,Autumn, Winter. It's not a festival that has limited time, defined space but the festival expanded time and space infinitely. It will link the 600-year-old history and future and open the closed palace and also have unlimited possibility spread out on a stage of sky and river.
