  [CAUTION!] Cancelation and Change of reservation Policy
  1. 1. It is possible to cancel or change your reservation 4 days before your check-in date. And it is impossible to cancel for change your reservation on Saturday, Sunday and Korean National holiday because of the card company's policy.

    You need you pay 100% daily room rate for your change reservation charge on your changed check-out date.
    Out of our business time, you need to inform to the front desk of the hotel that your early leaving on your changed check-out date.
    It depends on the hotel's vacancy status to change or add rooms.

  4. 4. The Early Check-out charge

    100 % of daily room charge applies to you when you early check-out comparing to the expected check-out date.

  5. 5. Late check in policy

    There is no refund for the late check-in room rate comparing to the expected check-in date.

  6. * It is impossible to cancel or change your reservation via your hotel.
    * It is only possible to cancel or change your reservation via web-site or contact of HOTELWIDE.COM
    * [No-Show] If you do not announce the cancel of your reservation which has booked, you need to pay the whole payment of your reservation.
    * We do not guarantee the same exchange rate caused by your demanding cancel or change reservation.
    * It is illegal without HOTELWIDE's authorization sheet of cancel or change reservation.
