KTHSolution CO., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "A") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "B") hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, with respect to rental service that "A" provides to "B" with a handset, a charger, and other accessories as a set (hereinafter referred to as "C").
1. Rental Period
The Rental Period shall be the period set out in the application form. "B" can extend the Rental Period, after giving notice to the Rental Service Center before the end of the Rental Period. If the Rental Period expires without any notice by "B," "A" shall be entitled to terminate the service without any notice to "B." "B" can return "C" before the Rental Period expires.
2. Charges
1) Rental Charges
"B" shall pay Rental Charges (2,700 KRW/day except V.A.T) from the rental
start date of "C" to the return date of "C."Customers have to prepay for
the daily rental charges by credit card.
2) Calling charge
In case of calling from home country calling Charges shall be asked by a
home country operator(90KRW/10secs),in case of calling from others
(except home)international fell would be chared to the operator.
3) When you receive calls the calling charge wouldnt be charged.
4) Upon the rental start date of "C," "B" shall check the external and working
conditions of "C." In the event of any malfunction, "B" shall immediately
inform "A" of the contents.
5) Concerning malfunction made after the rental start date of "C," "A" shall be
deemed to be a waiver of any claim therefor. "B" shall not carry out any
repairs, parts replacement, or other modifications of "C" without permission
of "A."
6) "B" hereby acknowledges that "A" is not responsible for the quality of the
telecommunication service which can be provided using "C." "A" is not
liable for any discontinuance of or interruption in the telecommunication
and / or any damages alleged to arise therefrom, which are not due to
malfunction of "C."
3. Precautions on Fault and Loss
In the event that "C" is stolen or lost, "B" shall immediately inform "A" (Customer center +82-32-743-6466) of the fact so that "A" can suspend its service. Before the customer inform the lost or damage of the handset, the calling charge will be responsible for the customers. also the customer should return the handsent with same condition as before.
In the event that "B" is unable to return "C" due to the theft or loss of "C" or return "C" in a condition of such damage that is regarded as not repairable, "B" is liable for the actual costs incurred by "A," based on the following rate: For any repairable damage, "B" shall agree to pay "A" for the actual costs incurred by "A," based on the following rate: Upon renting "C," "B" shall sign a credit card voucher in which the total sum is not entered and provide it to "A" on the date of "B's" receipt of "C."
4. Payment
When you return your handset to the Skyperoaming Center and settle your account, service will be automatically terminated.
customers have to propay for the daily rental charges by credit card. Calling charges can be paid in cash or by credit card upon return of handsets. Daly rental charges would be adjusted when check-out, if the return date would be different Customers would see the calling charges, which would be transferred by SMS after check-out.
Upon the customer's request, we will provide him/her with a receipt. However, if the customer requests the call details, they can be provided through e-mail only.
When you rent the handset the customer should show his/her credit card by only his/her name as the deposit if "B" does not return "C" for any reson whatsoever within 15 days from the end of the Rental Period or does not pay anycharges, costs and / or other amounts payable to "A," "A" shall be entitled to make a claim for compensation of the relevant amout to the credit card company with such a credit card voucher.
