Busan hotels South Korea
Busan is the second largest city in Korea. Like Seoul, the city has been a self-governing metropolis and has built a strong urban character, especially the center for international conventions in Korea. It was the host city of the 2002 Asian Games, APEC 2005. and one of the host cities for the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The size of Busan is 763.3㎢, there are 3.7 million residents. The natural environment of Busan is a perfect example of harmony between mountains, rivers and sea. So visitors can enjoy a coastline with superb beaches, and scenic cliffs, mountains which provide extraordinary views, and hot springs scattered throughout the city and what is the best of all, with four distinct seasons and a temperate climate that never gets too hot or too cold. The notable areas in downtown include Seomyeon, Nampo-dong ,Jungang-dong and Haeundae. Seomyeon, the crossroads of Busan, recognized as the ascendant shopping and entertainment districts and the local head offices of Korean and international banks are located there. The Nampo-dong, and Jungang-dong, old central business districts with many offices, shops and restaurants, some of the restaurants in this district are locally famous with family recipes passed down the generations. And at the fish market Jagalchi, you can experience fabulous seafood world. Finally, luxury hotels and a carnival boardwalk line the beach at Haeundae, which is generally regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in Korea. |
