Seoul’s climate is temperature and continental, summers are generally hot and humid(an average temperature : 22 °C to 30 °C), winters are generally a lot drier than summers(an average temperature : -10 °C to 1 °C) From Mar. to May. and from Sep. to Nov. are the best time to visit.
